Nicci
Nicci has been with Ariel Drama Academy since the start in 2004. She has been involved in Theatre for over 20 years, teaching and directing many shows across the South of England, holding numerous awards for productions and being very key to a lot of individual achievements. She works weekly with all our students and is therefore in a unique position to support each of the young actors as a mentor as well as their agent.

Beth
Beth has been a part of Ariel for the
last six years. After graduating from Roehampton University with a First Class Honours Degree in Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies, she went straight into Artist Management, representing UK and International talent across all sectors of the industry. Her experience in casting enables her to share her knowledge with our clients, working with them to achieve their goals.
Laura
Allie
Allie has been involved with Ariel Agency since it was established and is excited to see
what the future holds for it.
She has worked in the theatre industry for many years, working in stage management for a variety of fringe productions, pantomimes, tours and West End shows. These have given Allie a greater understanding of the industry and the skill sets needed to boost Ariel Agency and help her clients reach their best potential.
Laura has been a key member of
Ariel Company Theatre for 10 years working in various roles including costume management, showcase chaperone and Shoreham Academy Administrator. She has extensive experience
and understanding of agency and casting requirements particularly for young people. Laura's daughter and one of her son's
have undertaken a number of exciting
film/tv and advertising roles in recent years.
Laura is an outgoing and fun loving person who is caring and compassionate and enjoys helping other people to develop and be the best they can be.
